I used wikis to outline the work-flow processes for the team I was managing. This way, everyone had access to all of the project parameters (how tasks are set up, deadlines, team’s task lists) at all times… in real time. Additionally, changes could be made and details or clarifications could be added by anyone on the team.
Essentially, we created a document that not only showed everyone how we were moving forward on a project in real time, but with Qtask’s wiki History feature, it also provided great project documentation for any future managers or team members at the same time.

Great list. I see there are lots that I’m missing. Qtask Wiki’s and tasks help me keep my team organized. And I love Free Conference Call and Skype too!

Very nice list. I had to laugh at the procrastinator’s clock. I sometimes do the same thing with my alarm clock.
I’m going to need to try the some of the scan tools. The online ocr-ing might be really helpful. Also, I’m going to have to try the ScanR. Cameras can make good scanners but hopefully this one will have some tools to help process the picture and fix the lighting and angle.
Of course, scratchpad is one of my favorites for quick note taking.
