Merci!

First, I want to express my gratitude to our customers. Their trust and their feedback have been helping us moving forward in the right direction. Based on their input and expectations, we are making Qtask better every week. Our recent updates added features and capabilities (Outlook Sync., WYSIWYG Wiki, WebDAV drag & drop file management, New user online help) that have raised their productivity to the next level and made their collaboration way more effective.

My gratitude also goes to the incredible Qtask team. The passion, the commitment and the expertise within this team is just stunning. I definitely include all the contractors we are working with as I feel them to be 100% part of our company. And every single day proves it to me.

Last but not least, I want to thank my wife for accepting so gently "to share me" with Qtask.

Greetings!

Cornucopia: a curved goat's horn overflowing with fruit and ears of grain that is used as a decorative motif emblematic of abundance. From the Latin cornu copiae - horn of plenty.

Or as I used to think of it - that horn-shaped basket full goodies which makes a great centerpiece.

That is what Qtask represents to me. Deceptively simple and straightforward when you look at it. Containing something for everyone when you approach it. Plus, as you find one thing (tasks) that you like, you quickly see another one next to it (integrated calendar) and more behind those (linked discussion threads, wikis, version control on files, etc)... and all the secrets tumble out to you as you probe further.

Qtask's depth makes the supply of useful services and features seem to be an overabundance. But as you use Qtask, and when you let the Help Tools guide you to new features, you find that Qtask will help you prosper and

every thing within it has the single purpose of improving efficiency and productivity of people who need to work together but cannot always be together.

Let Qtask become the centerpiece of the future of your successful collaboration..

Mix has served as the CEO of Qtask since it spun off from Prolific Publishing, Inc. in 2007, leading advanced software technology development to new levels.

Collaboration 2.0 The Book

CollaborationCollaboration Trends

Chapter 7(PDF) of Collaboration 2.0: Technology and Best Practices for Successful Collaboration in a Web 2.0 World written by collaboration experts David Coleman and Stewart Levine , looks at virtual team challenges, why they fail and how they can succeed. The authors show you the seven basic types of teams and how that can translate successfully for dispersed or virtual teams. When you can’t shake the hand of your teammate, how do you create a collaborative environment?

As always, here is Chapter 16, which features Qtask as the prime, current example of a new collaborative tool that connects everything to everything else "hyper-cubically" and brings Collaboration 2.0 to 2.5.
