Your conversations are organized in Qtask by service, by project, and chronologically, keeping information in context. Thanks to real time posting, true exchange can take place in real time too. Features
Using Qtask’s Discussions enhances communication with your project team members, individually or as a group. You never have to file another email because Qtask sorts your messages for you. If you’re attached to email you can still choose to receive new message notifications in email. Regardless, all discussions are archived, so information is never lost and is always at your fingertips.
Threaded Conversations
Since discussions are organized by service, topic, or project, information exists within a fully viewable thread. Each thread is saved from the time it is created, so people who are new to projects can easily read entire project histories and quickly get up to speed.
Contextual Discussions
Qtask Discussions are attached to different services, so it’s simple to keep conversations in context. All discussion sections have the same features and can be accessed from any computer or mobile device.
Forum Discussions - Each project forum is organized, first by topic and then chronologically, keeping information in context.
Task Discussions - Each task includes a discussion thread that keeps conversations organized and centered around the relevant task. Communications are always available for future reference. This gives you the ability to easily reassign tasks without losing any information. It also makes for a very handy tool in any peer review process, as everyone's comments are centralized and accessible.
Meeting Discussions - All meetings on your calendar include a discussion section where you can work out details, suggest agendas, and make sure everyone is on the same page.
Compliance Discussions - Compliance related conversations can be had within the compliance question itself. This automatically creates a record of issues and enables quick and focused dialogue.
Private Discussions - Not all conversations need to be public. You can easily have a private conversation with any of your colleagues simply by clicking on his or her photo and selecting - you guessed it: Private discussions.
