You can easily upload and download any file to and from Qtask. You no longer have to send large attachments through email - just upload your file into fileshare and send your colleagues a link to it in any discussion! And in case you’ve forgotten, your information is always available from anywhere you have a web connection.

Track file version and access

Never worry about locating the most current version of a file or losing your data. Not only can you upload several files at once - Qtask also saves each version of a file and allows you to easily access any version. In the file's history, you can see when each version was uploaded, who the last editor was, who downloaded the file, and how many versions there are. You can also get the link to any version, as well as download it yourself.

Off site storage and multiple backups mean you never have to worry about losing your files due to your hard drive crashing. Qtask stores your files securely while making them accessible to you from anywhere.

File lock

Upload zip files

You can easily search for a file by name or comment from anywhere on Qtask. Using filters, you can search all the files you have access to, or narrow your search to a single project and/or user.
