All projects, from marketing to training to the PTA fundraiser, require planning in order to achieve successful results. When you begin a project, you usually start from two sides of the equation: the high level, the overall goal, and some sort of skeleton that represents the necessary steps to take in order to get there. This skeleton involves research and/or notes on the given project, and a grasp of scheduling, as well as workflow.
In Qtask, creating the project is your first step. The Scratchpad service allows you to note, clarify your thoughts, or verbally diagram the project. Qtask’s Calendar can then become a central repository for tasks, deadlines, meetings, and memos revolving around the project. Calendar also features our Discussions service, so you can discuss a meeting, an idea, or more, right there in the calendar.
