Trader Central, a division of Magnet Media, is a content media company that was seeking to create a work area or virtual offices for their UK associates that would be separate from their regular business but would still enable them to communicate and share information. These virtual offices needed to be segregated from each other, and available 24 hours a day.

Using Qtask, Trader Central was able to set up individual projects for each of their associates. Through the use of Qtask's Discussions, File sharing and Calendar they are now able to communicate, leave information for one another, as well as rely on it as a central reference repository or knowledge base that's available anytime from anywhere.
